A Callback Is A Fallback. REALLLY!!!???

Yesterday while I was sitting on my computer doing my thing, the doorbell rang…

I opened it to find a freshman college student who was going door to door selling overpriced magazine subscriptions that would fund a trip to London for the student who sold the most subscriptions.

Anyway… to make a long story short, after about 15 minutes of him actually doing a REALLY GREAT job selling himself, I told him that I’d purchase a Mens Health subscription even though it was 2x the regular price. Problem was… I didn’t have barely any cash, all the checks were used in my checkbook, and they didn’t take credit cards.

I told him to give me his card or that I’d give him my number to have him call me back. His reply? ” Thats actually against the rules of the competition, we’re told in class that “A Callback Is A Fallback””.

I stepped back and took a second to digest what he had just said… and then asked “Well what do they teach you about followup in class?” His reply was very subdued and bleak, and more or less translated to, “They don’t teach us much about the importance of followup”.

I told him that was surprising, and that what I was taught and what I had learned through my experience with my business is that actually “the fortune is in the followup”.

I ended up giving him the $3 cash to help pay for his books, and he left a WHITE HOT prospect who had already said he’d buy.

You see, statistics say that 8 out of 10 sales are made ONLY after the potential buyer has seen your product or service 9-11 times. Once again let me repeat… NINE TO ELEVEN TIMES. And the honest truth is that if that kid would come and ring my doorbell again today, I’d fork out the whole $50 dollars for the extremely overpriced Mens Health subscription… Approximately $47 more than what he walked away with.

So… if you’re sales aren’t quite where they want em to be, or you’re confused as to why your profits aren’t quite where they want em, remember, THE FORTUNE IS IN THE FOLLOWUP!

Followup is one of, if not the PRIMARY LEVERAGE POINTS in your Internet Marketing Business, so don’t take it lightly. Optimize your E-mail Followup campaign to the max… Retarget your e-mail optin’s with a Custom Audience Facebook Ads campaign. If you really wanna go above and beyond, ADD each and everyone of your e-mail optin’s as friends on Facebook and make your relationship with them more personal than any other Marketer does.

Do ANYTHING that you need to do in order to make it possible for you to get your offer in front of your prospect 9-11 times, and your profits will rise SIGNIFICANTLY. Remember, 85% of your profits will come from your Backend offers in your funnel, and from offers you show your e-mail list. NOT FROM YOUR FRONT-END OFFER.

To Success, Yours and Mine.

P.S. If you’re focusing your efforts on Affiliate Marketing, and don’t get any of the commissions from the Backend Offers, you’re in Deep Shit. You have 2 options to get out of it:

  1. 1. Build your own funnel full front end, backend, and cross sell offers… or
  2. . Signup for a licensee offer like Elite Marketing Pro or My Top Tier Business where you get a hefty, if not 100% commission on the backend sales.
