Identifying Your Core Desire For Maximum Motivation…

For the last week or so everyone has been talking about goals, action plans, and daily methods of operations for you to implement so you can achieve your goals in 2015.

And while I was going to do the same, and while I’ll probably still create an “Action Plan” post in the next couple of days, today I wanted to talk about a subject that I personally believe if you take seriously will enhance the likelihood of you achieving whatever your goal for 2015 10x.

Its the subject of drilling down to your core desire…

The activity in which you take some time and figure out why you’re really in this. Why you really want to accomplish your goal of making XYZ a month in 2015.

What will making XYZ amount of dollars a month in 2015 do for you and give you that you don’t already have?

Answer that question… is it a better lifestyle?

Great… Now ask yourself, “what will that better lifestyle do for you and give you that you don’t already have?

Answer that question… and then ask again…

What will that answer, whatever it may be, give you give you that you don’t already have?

Continue to drill down until you find your core desire. The real reason that your trying to build an Online Business…

Is it to have more time to spend with your children? Is it to be able to put your teenager through college? Is it because your currently not able to provide the type of lifestyle you’d like for your family and loved ones?

Answer that question… identify your core desire… and then use your core desire as motivation to keep yourself going… to keep yourself working… to keep yourself honest and responsible for the results you produce.

Sales training note: If you can learn to bring to bring your prospects and teammates core desires to the front of their minds in your communication, whether it be on the phone or through e-mail, you’ll see a drastic influx in sales and production. When you become the person who can show others what they truly want, and show them what they’re life would be without XYZ pain, or with XYZ pleasure, rapport and responsiveness will be built effortlessly, and your sales ratios will increase 10 fold.

You do this by asking the right questions. Ask people the same series of questions I’m telling you to ask yourself now. Ask people why they really want it. Drill down to their core desire… and you’ll be amazed at how effortless making the sale becomes.
