The Formula For Becoming A Top Producer In Any Company You Want…

Whether you’re promoting a done for you affiliate system, a network marketing program, or anything else, follow this simple formula consistently, and it’s only a matter of time before you become a top producer.

1. Constantly be bringing leads through your funnel and onto your e-mail list.

Leads are the LIFEBLOOD of any type of business that has to do with sales. Without sales, there’s no money, and without leads, there’s no sales. Traffic is huge, but in order to monetize traffic, you need to get good at converting traffic into leads. Aim to have your capture page convert at 40%+, and once you reach that level scale up the amount of traffic your sending to it to whatever your budget allows. You should be focusing on learning a form of paid traffic… so expect to spend money on your business. When your capture page is converting at 40%+, you should make enough sales of whatever it is your selling to offset the cost of your traffic (assuming you have an at-least decent sales video/letter). Aim to get your lead flow up to 25 leads a day… then up it to 50… then to 100. Scale as frequently and as often as you can. The more leads you capture, the more sales you make! NEVER STOP ADDING LEADS TO YOUR E-MAIL LIST.

2. Consistently add value to your prospects (leads) lives. 

Don’t be the guy that pitches your opportunity or product with every e-mail. Focus on being a problem solver in your Marketplace, and people will be naturally attracted to you and want to join you in whatever it is your doing. Focus on the “2 P’S”… Passion and Patience. Put passion into your work when adding value to your prospects. Whether you’re leveraging blog posts, youtube videos, facebook status updates, ect. to get in front of your prospects, focus on doing whatever it is that you’re doing well and with passion. People feed off of others energy, not some random statistic you may share. Then be patient, and realize that building rapport with people takes time. Provide value on a daily basis, and in time you’ll be looked up to as the authority, thus attracting people effortlessly.

3. Do a live presentation every week WHERE YOU SELL. 

This doesn’t mean that you sell the entire presentation. If you’re webinar is an hour, focus on giving value for 45 t0 50 minutes of it, and then transition into asking for the sale in the last quarter. Again, when you provide value most of the time, people naturally see that you have value to offer as an individual, thus making you attractive to buy from or join. People join and buy from people… not systems or sales presentations. You adding value to the Marketplace is the equivalent of you investing in building yourself. Doing so will build your personal brand and make you stand out. Live weekly presentations where you engage with your prospects in a live manner, answer their questions, and solve their problems is one of the strongest ways to build rapport, and also to sell. So get over any fears may be holding you back from holding your first webinar, and start now!

4. Complete the 3 steps above like clockwork, and NEVER STOP. 

Lets get clear here: You’re trying to build a business that can provide a higher level of life-style for you and you’re family. That means that it’s going to take work. It means that you’re going to have to get outside of your comfort zone. It means that you’re going to have to do some stuff you don’t want to. It means you’re going to have to be consistent. You’re running a business here. If you stop taking action, you’re business dies. So get started with the process outlined in the 3 steps above, and then NEVER STOP.

In conclusion: It’s a simple process, but it takes work. One of my favorite terms is “simple, not easy”. It’s not rocket science, and anyone can do it, yet very few actually do. Be the exception, and get started today!
