Personal Productivity: My Personal Productivity Formula For Maximum Production
Complete the first part of this exercise before going to sleep each day from the “30,000 Foot View” maximum effectiveness.
1. Write down the 6 most important things you would like to get completed in your business in the coming day.
2. Order from most important to least.
3. Complete each task but focus on quality over quantity. The goal is NOT to complete each task on your list… but rather to complete the tasks you do get done well.
4. Take items you didn’t complete and add them onto your list as the first items to get completed the next day.
5. Add extra items as to have a final product of a 6 item list
6. Rearrange items you added on from most important to least important.
7. Again complete each task but focus on quality over quantity. The goal is NOT to complete each task on your list… but rather to complete the tasks you do get done well.
8. Rinse and repeat
Additional tips:
1. Close out all windows/tabs except for the one your actively producing in as to stay focused.
2. Take a 15-25 minute break every 2 hours as to refresh yourself and stay productive.
3. Use “Anti-Social” to keep yourself from wasting your time of Facebook.
4. Exercise Daily as to refresh yourself and get your feel good neurotransmitters firing.
