The Sunk Cost Biased… Knowing When It’s Time To Move On…
In reviewing “Essentialism” (which is btw a book that I highly recommend), I stumbled upon a lesson that I only wish I would have resonated with more strongly the first time I read through the book.
The lesson, “The Sunk Cost Biased”, or in lamens terms “knowing when you should stop, and move onto a new project when something isn’t working”.
Checkout today’s video here for a more in depth look at the lesson, and why so many people fall into it’s traps… And a real life example of how I personally fell into it’s traps, and how it cost me and my business.
