How To Dominate In 2014 AND BEYOND!

 

Its January 1st, and another year has come and gone… In what seems to have been a flash of the eye. While the holidays are time for celebrating and being thankful for what we have, they’re also just before New Years, which means there’s always those eager few mapping out there goals and aspirations for the coming time.

I was on the phone with one of my Elite Marketing Pro team-members today (who is most definitely one of those eager few) and he asked me if I could give him an A-B-C clear action plan of what I would personally do to achieve maximum results in the new year.

Heres the advice I gave him… put it to work in your own business, and the new year might just bring a new life. :)

1. Set Small Achievable Goals

Instead of going out and setting the standard so called goal of “$10,000 A Month By The End Of The Year”, set smaller achievable goals that you’re sure you can accomplish, and can then build up momentum with. If you’re a newbie and have never made a dime online, set a goal to “Make Your First Sale”… If you’ve been stuck at $500-$1,000 a month, set a goal of reaching the $1,500 per month mark… Or if you’ve been stuck at $7,500 a month, maybe you’re goal should be to make 10k a month… But do it incrementally. This allows you to accomplish many small goals and gives you the feeling of progression and improvement, two vital components to any’s business success. Build upon each goal, and before you know it you’ll be at that ever so touted 10k a month mark, but the journey will have been SOOO much more fun.

2. Share Your Small Success’s With The World

This is a big one… and in most cases something that people aren’t comfortable with. We all wanna be the big dog, and usually most would rather “Fake It Ti’ll They Make It” than open up to the world about their journey in whole. This is unfortunate, considering that one of the fastest ways to grow your business and audience is simply showing people EXACTLY what you’re doing, no matter what the result. There’s a reason why people love Reality TV: people love to watch others as they embark on a journey. Whether success or failure be their final destination.

While most of the world is made up of people only celebrating their Atherton mansions, and new electric super-cars, celebrating your journey and small success’s is an easy and refreshing way to stand out from the crowd. And after-all, thats really what this marketing thing is all about.

3. Apply EVERYTHING That You Learn.

The Internet Marketing space is riddled with individuals who LEARN, LEARN, LEARN, but never APPLY, APPLY, APPLY. As an example, while you’re reading this blog post, take a second and think about how many times you’ve been told to “Blog Daily”… Yet have you heeded that valuable business building advice? If you have, more power to you. If not, don’t beat yourself up… just reflect and realize that in this over-informed world we now live in, you can find out how to do anything with a simple Google or Youtube search. Its then up to you to take what you learn and put into action… In the end, its what separates the boys from the men.

LEARN, APPLY, SHARE. Thats your recipe for success in 2014. 

4. Hangout With People Who Are Where You Wanna Go.

If there’s one way to accelerate your progression the fastest in anything you do, its by surrounding yourself with people who have already achieved your desired goals. Whether your looking to make more money, or get in better shape, hangout with people who are either wealthier or in better shape than you, and you’re path to success in that field will be greatly shortened. Its only human nature to rise or fall to the levels of those we surround ourselves with. Its no wonder why people always RAVE about Masterminds!

5. Work On Yourself. 

The highest performing individuals in this world are those who are constantly out to improve. Read everyday, listen to development audios, and hit the gym with a passion. While things like development audios may seem corny… They exist for a reason: They help people. I personally know a few extremely successful people who swear by self help audios and books. Lots of success comes when you stop judging yourself and get out of your head about “Listening To Self Help Audios” or “Whether or Not Your Marketing Videos Are Good Enough Or Not” for example. Get out of your head and do everything in your power to move forward.

I personally follow Vick Strizheus’s 30/30/30 formula. Read for at-least 30 minutes a day, listen to self help or marketing audios for at-least 30 minutes a day, and do it for at-least 30 days in a row, ideally everyday.

Also as a side note, I would recommend to everyone to get out and exercise early in the morning. I personally find that whenever I exercise early, my days are always at-least 5x more productive than the others. While I know lots of people who take on the 9-5 grind may find it difficult to get out and active in the AM, take it upon yourself to do everything in your power to exercise in the morning, and even if you don’t make a million, your year will be A WHOLE LOT BETTER!

In Conclusion: 

While I could have given you a bunch of random marketing strategies… The truth is that most success comes from the way you choose to live your life on a daily basis. You can join any number of Internet Marketing coaching programs or affiliate programs that teach you all you need to know about your Marketing… But when you don’t 1. Set Achievable Goals, 2. Share Your Success’s With The World, 3. Take Action On What You Learn, 4. Hangout With The Right People and 5. Work On Yourself, NONE OF IT MATTERS. :)

So… Thats my action plan for achieving maximum results in 2014. Take it to heart, and I guarantee you’ll have a more productive, healthier, and happier 2014!
